Sufficient time is needed for detailing so please arrive in a timely fashion for services.

Please be aware that in order to suppress chemical service prices a blow-dry is not included in chemical only services. Clients may blow-dry their own hair or schedule with a stylist for a finished style.

Immortal beloved accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa and cash. Please be aware that we do not accept personal checks and gratuities may not be added to credit card sales.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on services rendered, however we will do everything in our power to correct any issues that may arise.
